Reichsbrücke
Easy to get to, and a short distance from the VIC, about 1.3km from gate 3, or 900m from gate 1. The water is probably the clearest here. A bit colder than Alte Donau sites (like all Neue Donau sites), but usually warm enough to swim without wetsuit in the summer months.
There are several landmarks to estimate the distance. For swimmers who are not that confident in open water, there are several options like swimming across the Donau (to the opposite jetty), or there is always the possibility to get out of the water with several easily accessible steps. For those more advanced swimmers, the distance to the pedestrian bridge (not shown on the satellite image) is 680m.

Brigittenauerbrücke
Almost opposite the VIC Triathlon site, but easier access from the VIC, with a 1.8 km walk from the Donaupark bridge. From the public jetty, it is 700m to the north bridge, 500m to the next public jetty, and 150m across the river.
VIC Triathlon (Nordbahnbrücke)
850 metres. We start swimming upstream toward the north U-bahn bridge, pass 1 jetty, around the first bridge pillar, and downstream back to the starting point.
